Partner terms of service

These terms govern participation in the GLOWVITA Partner Program (the "Program"). By submitting a partner application you agree to be bound by them, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Application

Participation is free. There is no registration fee, required starter kit, or minimum inventory commitment. Applications are reviewed and, if approved, we issue your referral link, your audience discount code, and access to your partner dashboard — normally within 1–3 business days. We may decline or discontinue any application at our discretion.

2. Commission

Approved partners earn a base commission of 10% of net sales value, excluding shipping fees, on valid orders placed through their referral link. Partners who reach published performance milestones may earn up to 15%. Rates and milestone thresholds may be revised; partners are notified in advance of any change.

3. Attribution

Orders are attributed to the partner whose tracking link the customer most recently used, within a 30-day window from the click. Where more than one partner could be credited, the most recent qualifying click applies.

4. Settlement & Payout

Commission is settled weekly. Confirmed orders from Monday through Sunday are finalized and paid out the following week to your registered bank account or PayPal account.

A minimum payout of $30 / ₩30,000 applies. Balances below the threshold roll over and accumulate to the following week. You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate, and for providing any tax documentation we are required to collect before funds can be released.

5. Returns, Refunds & Deductions

Canceled, returned, or refunded orders do not qualify for commission. If a return or refund occurs after commission has been paid, the corresponding amount is deducted from your subsequent weekly payout. Where no future payout is available to offset the deduction, the amount remains recoverable as a debt.

6. Marketing Compliance

Partners must:

1. Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously in every promotional post, in line with FTC guidelines and any local equivalent — for example, "This post contains affiliate links, and I may receive a commission on qualifying purchases."
2. Make no misleading or medical claims. Do not state or imply that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease, and do not guarantee specific health or skin outcomes.
3. Use only approved brand assets. Do not alter our trademarks, or present yourself as an employee, agent, or spokesperson of GLOWVITA.

7. Prohibited Practices

The following will void affected commission and may result in removal from the Program:

• Paid-search bidding on GLOWVITA brand keywords or confusingly similar variants.
• Self-referral — using your own link, or an account you control, to purchase for yourself or to generate commission.
• Coupon-scraping, cookie-stuffing, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any other artificial inflation of clicks or conversions.
• Publishing on sites containing unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit material.

8. Program Relationship

The Program is a standard affiliate arrangement. It is not multi-level marketing, direct selling, or a business opportunity: commission is earned solely on direct product sales generated through your own referral link, and never on the recruitment or sales activity of other partners. Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents, and are responsible for their own taxes.

9. Suspension & Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may withhold or reverse commission associated with orders we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms. Commission properly earned before termination remains payable, subject to the settlement rules above.
